H&C Considerations

Humanitarian and Compassionate (H&C) applications may be an option for you to become permanent resident of Canada even if you are inadmissible or do not meet the eligibility requirements for normal permanent residence of any other class. H&C considerations can also be applied to applications already submitted to overcome inadmissibility or other issues.
